OUR STORY

Texas Highlands was formed in 2022 as the counter-option to traditional building and construction firms.

Texas Highlands, LLP was formed by Zachary Cazalas and Joshua Mansmann, who began the company performing basic handyman jobs and services. Zach left the medical field to follow his passion for home building, remodeling, and construction. For the past several years, they have broadened their scope of work to include a wide range of construction services: handyman jobs, bathroom and kitchen remodels, deck building, casitas, guest homes, and custom homes.

Josh and his wife, Raine, got married in 2020. Since then, they’ve been blessed with two sons, Cedric and Fenton, and their daughter, Elowyn. Zachary and his wife Tatyana are happily married with their daughter, Penelope, and newborn son, Callan.

Zach Cazalas

The owner was raised in Corpus Christi, Texas and has a passion for building and serving other people. Zach is a deacon at his church and just finished building his own house. He is happily married to his wife Tatyana and they have a 2-year-old girl, Penelope, and a newborn son, Callan.

Texas Highlands Co-owner Joshua Mansmann is a local to the Boerne area and has been instilled with a passion for working with his hands. Married in 2020, Josh and his wife Raine have been blessed with three kids: Cedric, Fenton, and Elowyn.
