Zachary Cazalas, a former emergency room nurse, left the medical field to follow his passion for building and construction. Developing Texas Highlands, Josh Mansmann joined together with Zach so he could live out his passion of working with his hands. Josh and his wife, Raine, got married in 2020. Since then, they've been blessed with two boys, Cedric and Fenton. Zachary and his wife Tatyana are happily married and expecting a baby girl.
